Chef Lindsay Platt trained at the Culinary Arts Program at Camosun College in Victoria, BC. While obtaining her Red Seal Certificate she earned a scholarship from the Canadian Culinary Foundation for being top in her class.
Her professional kitchen experience includes positions at several Victoria establishments, such as Laurel Point Inn’s Aura restaurant and Camosun College as an Educational Assistant for the Culinary Department.
Chef Lindsay is now the Chef and Co/Owner of Modern Plate Catering, specializing in creating a customized dining experience for clients. Chef Lindsay’s passion is food, she enjoys creating delicious and seasonally inspired menus that will make any event a Culinary Delight!!!
