Chef Lindsay Platt

Chef Lindsay Platt trained at the Culinary Arts Program at Camosun College in Victoria, BC. While obtaining her Red Seal Certificate she earned a scholarship from the Canadian Culinary Foundation for being top in her class.

​Her professional kitchen experience includes positions at several Victoria establishments, such as Laurel Point Inn’s Aura restaurant and Camosun College as an Educational Assistant for the Culinary Department.

​Chef Lindsay is now the Chef and Co/Owner of Modern Plate Catering, specializing in creating a customized dining experience for clients. Chef Lindsay’s passion is food, she enjoys creating delicious and seasonally inspired menus that will make any event a Culinary Delight!!!
