Sonia Lemoine has been vegetarian for most of her life and vegan for years. Known for her plant-based cooking classes, Sonia has taught in Europe, the Caribbean and North America. She has contributed recipes and articles to many newspapers and magazines and been a Speaker and Educator at countless conventions and vegfests. Sonia creates delicious inspired meals on a whole new level. In addition to teaching monthly cooking classes Sonia also works as a consultant for other chefs and caters small events and dinners both private and public.
